Happy Father’s Day weekend to you! Just popping in briefly to share our menu for this coming week. We have a busy first few days, so keeping it simple by making a frittata on Sunday that will serve as dinner on Monday and Tuesday.
Monday and Tuesday: Frittata
Wednesday: Broccoli Lemon Pasta
Thursday: Veggie burgers + roasted brussel sprouts
Friday: Chicken sausage + sweet potato fries
