Happy Friday!! Check out below for a recap of my week in workouts as well as our meal plan for next week. We didn’t do a great job of sticking to last week‘s plan, so here’s hoping next week goes better. BUT FIRST we have a weekend to attend to. What’s up with yours?
Last week’s workouts:
Friday: HIIT Cardio and Core
Sunday: 7-mile run (3.5 miles pushing Vers in the stroller + 3.5 miles solo)
Monday: 3-mile run
Tuesday: Strength at the gym (.5-mile jog to warm up and then supersets focus on arms and core)
Thursday: At-home HIIT workout
I loved my runs, obviously. Plus two HIIT workouts and strength = a solid overall week.
Next week’s meal plan:
Monday: Quinoa risotto (things got moved around from last week so this meal idea got bumped. all the ingredients should hold up….I hope.)
Tuesday: Chicken sausage and sweet potato fries
Wednesday: Black beans and brown rice
Thursday: Turkey veggie pasta bake
