Friday: .5 mile warm-up + total body strength + .5 mile cool-down
Sunday: Off – sick
Monday: Off – recovering
Tuesday: Off – recovering
Wednesday: LIght stretching and core work
Thursday: At-home HIIT workout
A light-by-necessity week due to my stomach flu but started to ramp up late in the week and am feeling pretty good.
Next week’s meal plan:
Monday: Black beans and rice with a fresh tomato/cucumber salsa (from our garden!)
Tuesday: Simple potatoes with eggs and peas
Wednesday: Broccoli lemon pasta
Thursday: Out – event at Mike’s work
Friday: Chicken sausage and baked fries
