Happy Friday! What a week – oof. It was all good stuff, but tiring. Vera and I drove down to Mike’s work yesterday for the annual family day. We chatted with colleagues, chased the kiddo around and enjoyed a good meal. It was lots of fun!
Before signing off for the weekend, I wanted to share the usual workout recap and meal plan. Have a good one!
Last week’s workouts:
Friday: 10-minute HIIT and 15-minute yoga
Saturday: Rest (1-hour walk around Old Town Alexandria though!)
Monday: 3-mile run
Tuesday: HIIT Like a Girl (at-home video)
Wednesday: 25-minute swim
Thursday: 20-minute fat burning cardio intervals (at-home video)
Next week’s meal plan:
Monday: BBQ pulled chicken, rice and roasted cauliflower bowls
Tuesday: Southwest sweet potatoes
Wednesday: Broccoli Lemon Pasta (we didn’t end up eating this last week)
Friday: Veggie burgers and roasted potatoes
