As I mentioned yesterday, we spent part of Saturday morning picking raspberries.
So now we have a lot of raspberries. 🙂
Plus I learned raspberry picking goes until Halloween, so I hope we’ll be back to pick some more. Vera and I love our raspberries!
I started thinking about what I can do with all those raspberries. As much as we like to eat them plain, it’s good to have some options just in case we start running into the end of their rope. (We could also freeze them for sure – but I do love to bake.)
So, I thought I’d share some of the recipes that made it to the top of my list:
- Multigrain Raspberry Pancakes. Sign. me. up. These pancakes sound amazing.
- No Bake Raspberry Cookies. Did someone say no bake? I would probably leave the white chocolate out of this recipe and go with the extra oats instead of the protein powder, but the overall idea is definitely a strong one.
- Raspberry Muffins. I could eat muffins like these all day every day.
- Oatmeal Cookies. I recently decided that a well-done cookie is my favorite dessert. This recipe sounds like it could certainly qualify as well done.
