And, it’s Friday! I hope you had a good week. Things were good over here. I had two after work events, so I missed some of my usual time with the kiddo, but it was good to be out and about. Oh yeah, and Vera had a mild fever Monday and was up much of Monday night, but I think it was her teeth – she was over it fast (so fast I can’t believe that was just this week!). Anyway, glad the weekend is here. We don’t have much planned and I rather like it that way.

Friday: 10-minute HIIT cardio video + 15-minute yoga stretch video
Sunday: 5-mile run + 2-mile walk
Monday: 3-mile run
Tuesday: 20-minute cardio intervals + 8-minute abs (two separate at-home videos)
Wednesday: 3-mile run with quarter-mile intervals (after work!)
Next week’s meal plan:
Monday: Turkey veggie pasta bake
Wednesday: Pita pizzas with side salad
