Woohoo, it’s Friday already! It certainly feels like fall here in Cleveland, which I’m OK with – I feel like we made the most of the summer and I’m ready for the next season. For now anyway. Maybe that’s the short work week talking. Anyway, below is the usual workout recap and meal plan for next week. Have a wonderful weekend!
Last week’s workouts:
Friday: Total body strength (with weights at the gym)
Sunday: 3-mile stroller run
Monday: Rise Nation class
Tuesday: 2.5-mile run (I was SO SORE from Monday, ha)
Thursday: 20-minute cardio interval workout
Next week’s meal plan:
Monday: Homemade pizza
Wednesday: Stuffed peppers
Thursday: Pasta with a quick marinara
Friday: Chicken sausage and sweet potato fries –> bringing it back, we’ll see if Vera is through with her potato strike 🙂
