Last week’s workouts

Welp, all I’ve got for you today is a workout recap. But if you’re looking for meal planning ideas, it’s a great weekend to break out the slow cooker for Chakchouka or BBQ chicken bowls.

Last week’s workouts: 

Friday: 25-minute swim

Saturday: 50-minute yoga stretch + 50-minute CycleBar spin class – both at the Cleveland Heart Walk

Sunday: Rest

Monday: HIIT It Hard Cardio (at-home video, JessicaSmithTV)

Tuesday: 30-minute Kickboxing (at-home video, JessicaSmithTV)

Wednesday: Rest, incl. 20-minute yoga stretch before bed

Thursday: 20-minute cardio (at-home video, JessicaSmithTV) + 20-minute yoga workout

The workweek was definitely all about squeezing workouts in at home due to Vera’s teething, which makes her morning sleep unpredictable. I missed running and weighted strength, but Vera needed me more so instead I spent a lot of time with JessicaSmithTV. 🙂
