Weekly workout recap

Morning and Happy Friday to you! Big plans this weekend? We’ve got swim lessons of course and may check out a festive Halloween event….and yes, I got us family costumes. Hopefully I can convince Mike to wear his though 🙂

Here’s a recap of my workouts for the last week, since last Friday!


Friday: Two-mile run/walk pushing Vera in running stroller

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: 5-mile run

Monday: Total body strength

Tuesday: 3-mile run

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: 3-mile run –> this one was in the evening after I put Vera to bed!

This week featured quite a bit of running, which made me very happy. I did need to slow it down with a yoga workout this morning, which helped rebalance me out. Nothing feels quite as good as a run though 🙂
