Week of workouts

It’s Friday! Woohoo!

If it’s not clear, I’ve officially fallen off my meal planning game…and I can’t motivate myself to get back into it. We have some loose ideas for next week – pulled chicken that should get us through a couple nights, mini pizzas, chicken sausage/baked fries, and homemade tomato soup over the weekend. It’s all good. Anyway, here’s a recap of my week in workouts!


Tuesday’s sunrise as I was pulling into my gym. 

Last week’s workouts: 

Friday: Yoga workout

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: 20-minute cardio interval workout

Monday: Rest

Tuesday: Cardio + strength (details here!)

Wednesday: Yoga workout

Thursday: 20-minute cardio interval workout


And in case you missed it, I was over at She in the CLE this week talking about bad apples and how to approach them. And in addition to the cardio strength workout I shared on Tuesday, I also posted a few of my toddler’s favorite oatmeal combinations.
