Weekly workout recap!

Oh, hello. Didn’t mean to disappear all week, but here we are for another weekly workout recap. I didn’t even fully realize it’s Friday until this morning, so I have no meal plan to share again 🙂 Hope these workouts give you some ideas though!

Last week’s workouts: 

Friday: Total body strength at the gym

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: 30-minute kickboxing video at home

Monday: 2.5-mile run

Tuesday: Yoga workout

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: Cardio kickboxing and bodyweight cardio intervals video at home
