Weekly workouts

It’s been a week around here. Vera’s Sunday fever turned into Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease on Monday….and that sucker is brutal. Rash all over, sores in mouth – rendering eating a chore, feverish, upset tummy, crankiness. Oh, and I believe she’s teething again as well. She’s actually been in pretty good spirits more than I would have expected, especially in the morning, but it’s been rough.

And, of course, she couldn’t go to daycare all week, so we’ve been playing the not-at-all-fun game of baby duty roulette. I did manage to stick to my regularly scheduled workouts….but haven’t made it to the gym since last Friday. That’s how it goes sometimes, I guess. Thank goodness for free workouts on YouTube 🙂

We have a low-key weekend planned to help Vera get over her sickness, so catch ya on the other side.

Friday: Total body strength at the gym

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: 3-mile run

Monday: Cardio intervals

Tuesday: 20-minute yoga workout + 10-minute HIIT workout

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: HIIT Cardio and Core
