Hello! Another silentish week from me – this time because of a work trip to Las Vegas. I left on a 6 am flight out of Cleveland on Tuesday and landed back home around 6 pm last night, and it was pretty much non-stop. Long days, late nights. But I survived and I’m home and ready to get my life back together today.
….Or just do some of that.
I managed to fit in some solid workouts this week despite two very early morning travel days that left me no time to sweat – well at least not from working out, one of my flights was so. hot. and I was actually sweating. But you get the idea!
Last week’s workouts:
Friday: Total body strength at the gym
Sunday: Bodyweight cardio + kickboxing cardio intervals (this FitnessBlender video ALWAYS leave me sore, tired and happy ;))
Monday: Yoga workout
Tuesday: Rest (early travel day)
Wednesday: Strength focused on upper body
Thursday: Rest (early travel day)
