It was a lighter week of workouts around here with getting over a cold and ending up being pressed for time during other scheduled workouts. But something is always better than nothing, plus many of my workouts are designed to be quick but efficient.
Other than that, it was a fairly typical week around here. Vera pretty much adjusted to Daylight Saving Time right away after the Sunday night fiasco, but has still woken up around 5:30 am many mornings. That’s a little on the early side (even though I’m up at that time, my rule of thumb is Vera should sleep until 6), so I’ve been letting her rest (yes she makes noise and no I don’t rush in to get her) and sometimes she actually falls back asleep until 7. Weird but could be her teeth as much as anything. A mystery.
Oh yeah….and we had the first frost of the season at my house…
