Weekly workout recap

Hi there, how are you? It was another good, full week over here. Mike and I both had a lot going on at work but we also colored plenty of Minnies and turkey hands with our kiddo. Balance, right? 🙂

Anyway, we’re both taking all of next week off, which I’m pretty excited about. Plus, I love Thanksgiving! Before I jet off, here’s quick peek at last week’s workouts…

Last week’s workouts: 

Friday: Running/strength workout at the gym

Saturday: Yoga workout

Sunday: 4-mile run

Monday: Total body strength at the gym

Tuesday: Rest

Wednesday: HIIT Cardio and Core in the AM + 20 minutes of cardio in PM

Thursday: Yoga stretch
