Hello and Happy Friday! Is it summer yet 🙂 Vera and I are sick again (hoarse voices and some stuffiness) and I’m totally. over. it. Anyway, check out my recap of the last week of workouts plus our meal plan for the coming week. Have a great weekend!
Last week’s workouts:
Friday: Strength day at the gym!
Saturday: Rest (although I did some gentle yoga to kick off the morning)
Sunday: 30-minute cardio kickboxing (at-home video)
Monday: 30-minute treadmill interval workout (walking/jogging)
Tuesday: 25-minute swim
Thursday: 20 or so minutes of light cardio –> Since I’m under the weather again, I wanted to take it easy. However, I also had a lot of energy – weird. Light cardio was my compromise.
Next week’s meal plan:
Monday: Homemade Roasted Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese
Tuesday: Mustardy Lentils and Quinoa (w/a roasted veggie)
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Chili
Thursday: Hearty Vegetable Bolognese (we didn’t end up having pasta last week in favor of eating all the leftovers from the week, so I’m doing it this week – with a twist)
Friday: Takeout or leftovers
